These adjoining villa apartments are ideally situated on the seafront, close to the moorings. Carmen and Verde occupy the ground floor, with Rosa and Linda above them. Rosa and Carmen have 2 twin bedrooms, while Linda and Verde are slightly larger with 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms. All four villa apartments have a living/dining room, kitchen, shower room, washing machine and a sea-facing terrace with barbecue. Linda also has a large west-facing sun terrace.
We expect Rosa and Carmen to be renovated for the 2009 season. Improvements should also include a small communal swimming pool which will be shared with Linda and Verde residents.

Overlooking both the moorings and its own small swimming pool, this accommodation is on the first floor above a boathouse surrounded by the sailing school where the daily preparation starts at 8:30 every morning. It has 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a lounge.
There is a washing machine and an additional bathroom on the ground floor. Wide patio windows open onto the large terrace with panoramic views of the bay.
